Voice Tools policy

This page explains the basic terms for using Voice Tools and how voice, transcript, and server data are handled.

Terms of Service

By using Voice Tools, you agree to use it responsibly and only in servers where you have permission to enable voice transcription, moderation, or related automation.

Server Responsibility

Availability

Voice Tools is provided as-is. Features may change, fail, or be unavailable during maintenance, provider outages, or bot/API limitations.

Privacy Policy

Voice Tools processes Discord voice and server data to provide transcription, moderation, session reports, voice memo transcription, TTS, and bot administration features.

Data We May Process

Voice And Transcript Reports

When voice transcription is enabled, speaker clips may be stored temporarily to power session reports and audio playback. Report links are public to anyone with the link and use hard-to-guess identifiers.

Retention

Transcript report retention defaults to 7 days unless configured otherwise. Expired reports and related audio clips are periodically deleted.

Third-Party Services

Voice Tools may use Discord, OpenAI, Supabase, AWS, and other infrastructure providers to operate its features.
